By using AffectsLoop, you agree to follow marketplace rules, applicable law, and payment processing terms.

Listings must be accurate, lawful, and owned by the seller. Fraudulent listings, counterfeit items, and payment circumvention are prohibited.

Payments are processed through Stripe. AffectsLoop may pause accounts, remove listings, or cancel transactions where abuse, fraud, or policy violations are detected.

Users are responsible for taxes, shipping compliance, and truthful communication with buyers and sellers.
