PLAY DRIVE

My favorite overdrive of all time is probably the Ibanez Tube Screamer. I love how it pushes the mids and tightens up the low end, but I've always had a few problems with it. I never liked the gain control and grittiness it could sometimes have, it always sounded like a pedal to me. Additionally I felt the tone control was too touchy and tricky to dial in perfectly, so I set out to fix those and I think I've done it. After countless hours of tweaking and dialing in the pedal, only 3 parts remained from the original TS808 I started with.
