RED MUD

These are handmade, hand-wired clones of an old school sustain/fuzz made around '90/91 that has been nicknamed the "Russian" or "tank" version by many. This version had slightly less gain but great "harmonics" and BIG round bottom end that has made them a favorite for bass players and stoner rock guys alike. These are considered by some to be the highest point of this company's fuzz design. I use carefully selected high gain NOS 2N5088 transistors for these after fine tuning them off several originals.
