Pigtronix Rototron is an all analog rotary speaker effect that combines frequency modulation, phase shifting, tremolo, bucket brigade-based chorusing and a threeway Linkwitz–Riley crossover all meticulously voiced to achieve unsurpassed, three-dimensional rotary realism in a compact, easy to use pedal. Many companies have attempted to create convincing rotary speaker simulators using various electronic techniques. The obscure, German made Dynacord CLS–222 rack unit (famously used by Pink Floyd’s David Gilmour on the Division Bell tour) has been the closest anyone ever came to sounding like the "real thing"... until now.
