The Black Label Extra Special Overdrive toggles between the original Black Label Overdrive and the Black Label Special Overdrive. This gives you the choice of what you want to use one at a time without having to own the Double Shot. Plus you have the addition of using the tone control on for either the Overdrive side or the Special side giving you what you want from your amp and guitar. A transparent tone without the mid-hump.
