Analog Alien FB-45 Fuzz Bubble 45
OVERDRIVE

Introducing the Analog Alien FuzzBubble 45 guitar pedal, manufactured right here in the USA by Cloud 9 Audio. Each pedal is built by hand using the finest quality circuit board and electronic components available today. The FB45 allows your guitar's true tone to come through. This pedal is actually two pedals in one. The left side is an overdrive/distortion pedal that we call Pete. It was designed to simulate vintage tube amps from the 60's & 70's. It has an output control and a Year control. The output controls the amount of signal you send to your amp and the year control determines the amount of gain you send to the circuit. Everything from a mild sounding overdrive to a full rich distortion is possible just by going from '67 to '77. At the '77 setting the sound becomes complex, with lots of harmonic overtones. It's also touch sensitive; the harder you play the more distorted your sound will become, just like a real tube amp. On the right side there's a fuzz face circuit that we call Jimi. It has an input control for setting the level of the incoming signal, an output control for setting the output level to your amp and the Haze control. The Haze control sets the fuzz intensity. The Haze and input controls work together and by adjusting one you will affect how the other responds. Everything from a mild overdrive to a full voodoo wall of fuzz can be created just by turning a few simple controls. But no matter how the controls are set the sound remains full and rich, never thin and harsh. It's perfect for both live and studio use. Each side also has a tone switch. The tone switch was designed to roll off some of the low end, not kill it all together. For the most part you'll probably leave the tone switch set to full. But, if you find that your guitar's rhythm pickup is to woofy, or if your amp has to much low end, this switch can come in handy. The pedal also has a true bypass circuit. When it's not switched in it's not effecting your guitar's signal in anyway.
