Asolutely Analog's "Fist" is a replica of the 1970's "Colorsound Boost" with improvements. We used metal film capacitors in place of ceramic caps to improve fidelity and lower the background noise floor. Place this unit after the Green Russian or Ratzo for solo boost and extra coloration (A.K.A. David Gilmour). It's also fantastic for overdriving the front end of a tube amp! All component upgrades are just better parts. True bypass is built in with an LED indicator. It's housed in a smaller 2.25x4.25 inch industrial strenght aluminium enclosure with a beautiful orange baked on powder coat finish and has an industry standard 9 volt power supply jack on the side or you can use a battery. This effect is perfect for pedal board placement.
